Big things are happening at our Brilliant Health Weekend Away this September, and we couldn’t be more excited! This immersive retreat is packed with hands-on learning, deep dives into natural healing, and a community of like-minded practitioners coming together for growth and transformation. And while we’re thrilled about everything in store, this event is also a little extra special—our beloved Judy Masters is retiring from traveling. She’s not stepping away from teaching, online workshops, or the wellness world, but after years of being on the road, she’s ready to focus on things closer to home. So, if you’ve ever wanted to experience one of our weekends with Judy in the room, this is your chance! With powerful sessions on Bach Flowers, Gemmotherapy, MRT, and Emotional Healing, this weekend is designed to deepen your practice, expand your skills, and leave you feeling inspired.
Course Material:
Bach Flowers Fluency - Perfect your ability to identify the best choices of remedies to help yourself, your family members, and your clients IMMEDIATELY. We will learn to "think" in remedies, so we aren't left searching through our notes and/or being tempted to "test" for remedies for which the person may not be ready!
Gemmotherapy – Learn how to harness the power of plant stem cells to calm, restore, and rejuvenate from within. We’ll dive into how and when to use these potent extracts so you can start seeing real results for yourself, your family, and your clients!
Holistic Pet Coaching - We tend to think holistically for human needs, but we complicate the needs of our pets. Muscle-testing animals is so much easier than it seems, so let's perfect our techniques, and learn some other important pieces of holistic veterinary help.
Emotional & Energetic Patterns Seen through the Irises - Let's unlock the stories your eyes tell and bridge emotional wellness with iridology insights. We'll discuss how to combine what the irises reveal with Bach Flower Essences and Gemmotherapy remedies.
Tying Body Maps to Recurring Emotions - We can look at a body map for Bach Flowers, and decide what remedies to apply, BUT what are these symptoms telling us about the person, and how can we get to the root WITHOUT being invasive.
Holistic Practice in Survivor - Is EXACTLY what it sounds like. Bare bones, leaves and twigs. How can we figure out what to do and how do we help with minimal resources.
AND we return to the practice that started it all... MRT until you are REALLY sure of your results (and how to accommodate weird uncertain results.)

Sevierville, Tennessee is a popular tourist area. There are many viable Airbnb, Vrbo, and hotel options nearby. Just pop "Sevierville" into your search engine to find a cabin or hotel that suits you.
Totally up to you! You can bring your own, but it isn't necessary. Breakfast is included on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings. Lunch is provided Friday and Saturday, with leftovers being placed out for Sunday nosh. Friday evening is our Charcuterie and Wine Social, and Saturday, you are invited to join Judy and Beth at a local restaurant. You are welcome to bring munchies and your favorite snacks, and anything you want for Friday evening's meal. The onsite refrigerator belongs exclusively to Judy. The kitchen is Judy's domain, and while the stove is available for use when Judy doesn't need it, there is limited availability. If you bring refrigerated food, you will need to bring a cooler and ice or cold packs to last the weekend.
Heads up! Judy does a fantastic job accommodating food allergies, sensitivities, and personal food convictions—just let her know if you have any special dietary needs. That said, there may still be foods served that aren’t on your personal “yes” list. No worries—they’ll be clearly labeled, so you can simply skip what doesn’t work for you and enjoy what does! Let’s keep it stress-free and delicious for everyone. 😊🍽️
We understand that sometimes, something comes up and plans change unexpectedly!
We totally get it—life happens! But because this event has limited seating, every spot matters. Your registration helps cover the venue, meals, and instructor costs, so we need to be sure that every seat is filled.
Here’s the deal:
🔹 Refunds are only available if the event is FULL and someone else takes your spot.
🔹 If you cancel before July 11, 2025, and we can fill your seat, you'll receive a refund minus a $35 admin fee.
🔹 If you cancel on or after July 11, 2025, and we can fill your seat, you'll receive a refund minus a $50 admin fee.
🔹 If we can’t fill your spot, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
By making your payment, you’re agreeing to this policy. Thank you for understanding and for being part of this amazing weekend! We can’t wait to see you there! 💛
According to ClosestAirportTo.com, the closest airport to Sevierville is Knoxville McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS), a medium-sized airport located approximately 24.5 miles (39.5 km) west of the city center. The driving distance is about 32.3 miles (52 km), which typically takes around 47 minutes by car.
The next closest airport is the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), which is approximately 64.6 miles away.
Truthfully, we don't know the exact mileage because the venue could be closer or farther, depending on the airport being used. All we did was plug in the town, not the exact address. This gives you an idea of how far a taxi or Uber ride would be and can help you decide if you'd like to rent a car or not. Please see the FAQ "What is the address of the venue?"
We're excited that you're joining us for the weekend and while we'd love to roll out the red carpet and arrive in a limo with snacks in hand, we have to let you know that all travel arrangements - whether by plane, train, or automobile - are up to you.
That means that airport pickups, carpools, chauffer services (sadly!) aren't part of our weekend package. If we happen to know of someone who could help you with your arrangements, we will be glad to share the possibility and connect you with that person. However, we don't ask for or keep track of how attendees are planning on traveling or where they are located.
Can I make payments through Venmo or PayPal or in CASH?
When we first started, we tried to be as flexible as possible with payment methods, but accepting payments through multiple sources quickly became an accounting headache. To keep things streamlined, Beth now uses an online platform connected to Stripe, which offers several payment options to make the process simple and secure. One of these is sure to work for you!
It’s easy! Just use the order form below to claim your spot for the weekend and, if available, book a room onsite.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what you’ll see at checkout:
💰 If the price is $775, you’re securing your tuition for the weekend event.
💳 If the price is $265, it's June, and you’ve chosen to make payment arrangements for your tuition.
💳 If the price is $400, it's July, and you’ve chosen to make payment arrangements for your tuition.
If you opt for a payment plan, you’ll be invoiced automatically on the same date each month for the number of months you've chosen. Please be sure to make payments when your invoice arrives.
🚨 Late payments happen, but they do come with a $25 late fee per occurrence. And because we have to finalize everything with the venue and shop for food, if tuition and rooms aren’t paid in full by August 31, 2025, any payments made to date will be non-refundable, and that spot will be opened to someone else.
So, let’s keep it simple—choose your payment option, and let’s get ready for an amazing weekend together! 🎉
Great question!
The exact location of our beautiful retreat space will be shared exclusively with paid participants one to two weeks before the event via email. Don’t worry, it’s not a secret lair (or is it? 👀), but we do keep the details under wraps until it’s time to pack your bags! Keep an eye on your inbox when the countdown begins! ✉️✨
